2013 Muscat Canelli – Estate
The extravagant, fragrant bouquet of rose petals, pear, and honey, for this estate-grown 100% Muscat Canelli, leads to a crisp, dry finish, exuding lingering flavors of green apple, pear, and apricot. Typically vinified in a sweeter style, our Muscat is completely dry. Serve chilled, with light appetizers, or as a pre-dinner aperitif while lounging poolside. 13.3% alc.

2011 Montepulciano – Estate
While sharing it name with a medieval Tuscan hilltown, Montepulciano is its own varietal grape. U.S. grown Montepulciano is quite rare. Our 100% estate-grown Montepulciano is a deep purple, medium-bodied wine, aged for 30 months in 50% new Eastern European and American Oak barrels. It has aromas and flavors of black cherry, plum, and tobacco leaf, with a peppery finish. Enjoy with roasted lamb, and grilled portabella mushrooms. 14.9% alc.

2010 Cabernet – Estate
This Bordeaux blend of 85% estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, with 15% estate-grown Petit Verdot was aged 34 months in 33% new French Oak barrels, and 67% neutral French and Eastern European barrels. Well-rounded, and medium to full-bodied, this wine exhibits aromas and flavors redolent of dark cherries, and violets, with just a hint of smoky oak. Pairs well with grilled chicken, and hearty red sauces. 13.7% alc.

2011 Petit Verdot – Estate
This inky-dark 100% estate-grown Petit Verdot was aged for 36 months in 50% new French Oak, and 50% neutral Hungarian Oak. It possesses aromas of spice and violets, with flavors of bright red fruits and earthiness, with a medium-bodied finish. Pairs well with hearty fare, such as stews and braised meat. Only 45 cases made. 13.7% alc.

2013 Aglianico – Estate
This is the first release of our 100% estate-grown Aglianico, a big, bold grape, found in southern Italy. It was aged for 12 months in 50% new European and American Oak, and 50% neutral American Oak. This garnet-colored full-bodied wine exhibits flavors and aromas of black cherry, roses, and leather. Pairs well with steaks, strong cheeses, and buttery entrees. Should age beautifully! 97 cases made. 15.8% alc.

2011 Afterglow – Dessert Wine
This late-harvest Zinfandel from Paso Robles fruit can be savored as a perfect finish to a perfect meal. This lighter style dessert wine offers up ripe flavors of raspberry and blackberry jam, with subtle secondary notes of raisin and honey. It’s even better paired with dark chocolate or fudge. Barrel aged for 24 months. 16.5% alc.
